Vidya Malvade has made a mark with her performance as a hockey captain in her new film. PT reports on her highs and lows as an actor

She is a familiar face on the small screen, has done more than 40 ads, acted in a couple of forgettable films, and is better known as the Chaska Maska girl.

But it was only after she played the role of the captain of the women’s hockey team in Shah Rukh Khan’s new film that Vidya Malvade shot into the limelight. How was the experience of working with King Khan?
